Citing that the participants in this event and which are included in the participantsshares assigned by country who was assigned by the OPEDA and COPAC , they will count with air plane ticket, lodging, food, local transport and transport from de Airport of Mexico City – Huauchinango –Airport of Mexico City, for free by the ODEPA in coordination with government sports authorities of Mexico. Our main objective is to make a Championship and Festival at the height of the American Continent, that is our primary mission. But is also important that our athletes, coaches, judges, officials and guests have the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful town.We are pleased to offer attractive accommodation in hotels and invite them to explore what Mexico has to offer. In this we have included a preliminary competition schedule, information to help with the arrival, the accreditation process, and more. Bordered on the north by the United States of America, on the southeast with Guatemala and Belize on the east by the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea and also to the west by the Pacific Ocean.It is the fourteenth largest country in the world, with an area of nearly 2 million km ². It is the eleventh most populous country in the world, with a population in mid-2014 of around 118 million people, most of whom are native speakers of Spanish. Human presence in Mexico dates back to 30,000 years before present. View of the City The word Huauchinango, means in náhuatl place enclosed by trees and this town is the number 72 on its size in the state of Puebla. It is located in a natural area protected by a decree of President Lazaro Cardenas of 14938. Huauchinango is located north of the Sierra Madre Oriental of the state of Puebla, is approximately 160 km2 of territory and borders the municipalities of Ahuazotepec, Zacatlán, Chiconcuatla, Tlaola, Nuevo Necaxa, Xicotepec, Naupan, Pahuatlán yAcaxochitlan, in the state of Hidalgo, has a population of 110,000 inhabitants 65% of whom live in the county seat and the rest is distributed in its approximately 40 communities, most of which speak Nahuatl and few Otomi and Totonac. The largest communities in the municipality are: Tenango of the flowers as its name indicates is principally involved in the cultivation of flowers and plants, Cuacuila community that is primarily engaged in working the land and cultivate the serrano chili, other communitie of larger population is the Big Sale found in the mountain area, precisely in the Mexico - Tuxpan, there are many more communities across the geography of the area devoted to the cultivation of rainbow trout, apple, logging and farming, working corn, chili, tomato, lettuce, etc. Huauchinango Township, is protected by a presidential decree of President Lázaro Cárdenas, where the title is given to all the Protected Necaxa River Basin Natural Area, and the largest polygon is within Huauchinango, because here located 4 of the 5 dams Necaxa river hydrological system: Necaxa Dam, Dam Tenango, Nexapa Dam, Dam Dam Huiltemec and Tejocotal located in the state of Hidalgo, but abuts the Municipality of Huauchinango, these dams and their respective decree are intended to provide water to the system of the former hydroelectric power company and force the Centre to which they belonged among about 8,000 workers and retirees of the whole area. This celebration has evolved over the years, initially was a provincial party in which dancing, cockfights, rodeos , parades of floats , the contest of " La India Bonita" ( Xochiquetzalli ) , floral carpets and processions were organized with the image of the patron saint .
