Greetings,
Whereas, Pursuant to Article IV, Section 1, of the Constitution and By-Laws of the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge F. & A.M. of Kansas and Its Jurisdiction Inc., The 146th Annual Communication of the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Kansas and Its Jurisdiction will convene Thursday, June 03, 2021.

**** REGISTRATION INFORMATION **** Only Lodge Officers and Past Master Masons can attend and register for this Grand Lodge, Grand Chapter Session.
All Master Masons MUST REGISTER through the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge.
All Registrations must be sent to Grand Secretary Antonio Allen, PO Box 7808, Overland Park Kansas 66207-0808. Registrations received MUST be Post Marked on, or before Monday, May 10, 2021.
No late or onsite registrations will be accepted after the May 10, 2021 deadline.
All return checks will be charged $30.00.

Whereas, The Masonic year ends Friday, April 30, 2021, therefore the Worshipful Master of each subordinate Lodge shall require the lodge secretary to fill out the fourth (4th) Quarter Report.
Reports and all checks shall be in the office of the R.W. Grand Secretary Antonio Allen, no later than Midnight Friday, April 30, 2021. Mail to: PO Box 7808, Overland Park, Ks 66207-0808, with the following Separate Checks for each account:
W & O Fund - $6.75 per member General Fund - $9.00 per member Downtown Masonic Temple Tax - $3.00 per member NAACP/Charity Fund - $1.00 per member Building Fund - $2.20 per member Education Fund - $3.00 per member
(Note: Past Grand Masters do not pay any Grand Lodge Assessments and 50-year members are exempt from ALL Dues and Assessments).
Grand Lodge 50-year Applications must be sent to DDGM Kenneth Wilson, 4007 New Lawrence Rd. Leavenworth, Ks. 66048, by Monday, May 10, 2021.
Committee Reports Whereas, All Grand Lodge Officers and Committees reports, except for the Grand Coordinating Department, Way & Means Committee, Credentials Committee, and the Jurisprudence Committee report; shall be emailed (word document) and hard copy must be in the hands of the R.W. Grand Secretary no later than Monday, May 10, 2021, P.O. Box 7808, Overland Park, Ks 66207-0808.

Returns Committee – Lodge Secretaries please submit your lodges year- end Summary to the Chairman of Returns, Donald Toney before by April 30, 2021. This summary report is found on the last page of your quarterly reports.
