WDET’s most significant driver of audience growth in the last five years has been the 25-34 year old age demographic.

25-34 year olds currently make up nearly 20% of WDET’s total audience, up from an average of 5% in 2012. Share of Audience (Fall 2012 – Winter 2017) WDET’s share of the Metro audience has more than doubled in the last five years. (Share is reflection of how much time people in the market spend with WDET compared to other radio stations.)
