This year, 2020, RADIO PIONEER SPECS HOWARD marks the 50th was born Jerry Liebman on April 8, 1926, in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. In 1948, he received a bachelor’s degree in anniversary history/political science and radio speech and dramatics of the Specs from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania.
