TENDER INVITATION
The Water Utilities Corporation invites companies to tender for the supply of the Corporation’s requirements for:
1. DETAILED ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PLAN AND MONITORING DURING CONSTRUCTION FOR DESIGN, SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSION OF A 500m³ GALVINISED STEEL (GS)TANK ON DWARF WALLS AND TRANSMISSION PIPELINE IN TSABONG VILLAGE - TENDER NO. WUC 074 (2019) Bidding Companies for WUC 074 (2019) must be registered with PPADB Code 313; Environmental Services, Sub Code - 03 (Environmental Engineering and Monitoring Services) and Sub Code - 04 (Environmental Management Systems).
2. INFRASTRUCTURE AUDIT PROJECT MAJOR VILAGES PHASE 4 - TENDER NO. WUC 075 (2019)
Bidding Companies for WUC 075 (2019) must be registered with PPADB Code 310; Surveying Services, Sub Code - 01 Land, Topographical, and Road Alignment. A compulsory briefing meeting for WUC 075 (2019) shall be held on the 12 November 2019 at 0930hrs. The briefing will be held at WUC Engineering Technical Services Boardroom on the second floor in block 7 near Limkokwing University. (Tenderers should arrive at or before 0930 hours.)
3. DESIGN, SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF A PACKAGED WATER TREATMENT PLANT AT SHOROBE - TENDER NO. WUC 072 (2019)
Bidding Companies for WUC 072 (2019) must be registered with PPADB Code 05; Water and Sewage Treatment Plant Works, Sub Code - 01 Water and Sewage Treatment Plant, Grade D. A compulsory site visit meeting for WUC 072 (2019) shall be held on the 12 November 2019 at 10:00hrs. The assembly point shall be at Shorobe Village Kgotla where the site visit will commence. (Tenderers should arrive at or before 10:00 hrs.)
4. CONSULTANCY FOR REVISION AND UPDATE OF THE 2011 STUDY- STUDY ON THE DETERMINATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL FLOW REQUIREMENTS DOWNSTREAM OF NTIMBALE DAM - TENDER NO: WUC 086 (2019)
Bidding Companies for WUC 086 (2019) must be registered with PPADB Code 306; Water Engineering Services, Sub-codes 02, Water Resources Planning and any of the following Codes, Code 306; Water Engineering Services, Sub Code 01 Groundwater Mapping, Code 303; Civil Engineering, Sub-code 05 – Dams, Sub Code 03 – Infrastructure. A compulsory site visit meeting for WUC 086 (2019) shall be held on the 12 November 2019 at 10:00hrs. The assembly point shall be at Ntimbale Dam Main Gate where the site visit will commence. (Tenderers should arrive at or before 10:00 hrs.)
5. DESIGN AND BUILD CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BOOSTER STATION, PIPELINES AND TANK AT DIPHONCHI WARD IN MOCHUDI - TENDER NO. WUC 091 (2019)
Bidding Companies for WUC 091 (2019) must be registered with PPADB Code 03; Civil Engineering Works, Sub Code - 06 Water Supplies, Sanitation Reticulation and Irrigation Works Grade B. A compulsory site visit meeting for WUC 091 (2019) shall be held on the 11 November 2019 at 10:00hrs. The assembly point shall be at the Mochudi Customer Services Centre where the site visit will commence. (Tenderers should arrive at or before 10:00 hrs.)
6. REPLACEMENT OF PALLAROAD BOOSTER PUMP STATION SURGE VESSEL AND ASSOSCIATED WORKS - TENDER NUMBER WUC NO. 092 (2018)
Bidding Companies for WUC 092 (2019) must be registered with PPADB Code 08; Mechanical Engineering Works, Sub code 11, pumps and munchers Grade E. A compulsory site visit meeting for WUC 092 (2019) shall be held on the 12 November 2019 at 10:00hrs. The assembly point shall be at Pallaroad Village Kgotla where the site visit will commence. (Tenderers should arrive at or before 10:00 hrs.)
7. REFURBISHMENT OF LLARA WASTE-WATER PUMP STATION - TENDER NO. WUC 093 (2018)
Bidding Companies for WUC 093 (2019) must be registered with PPADB Code 08; Mechanical Engineering Works, Sub code 11, pumps and munchers Grade E. A compulsory site visit meeting for WUC 093 (2019) shall be held on the 11 November 2019 at 10:00hrs. The assembly point shall be at Ramotswa Waste-Water Works where the site visit will commence. (Tenderers should arrive at or before 10:00 hrs.)
Specifications for these tenders may be obtained at the Corporation’s Headquarters in Gaborone, Sedibeng House, Office No. 208 as of 04 November 2019.
Tenders should reach this office not later than 14:00 hours on 05 December 2019 at which time public opening of the tenders will commence. Tenders should be hand delivered in sealed envelopes and clearly marked with the tender numbers and addressed to;
