730 Water Street; Foxbow Development: Mixed use proposal includes 6 residential condos, 7 First & Oxbow (Foxbow) Pre-Application 003-235 block; 003- 74 10,000 s.f. of retail, 116 parking spaces. Development would be two 4-story 241 block buildings connected by a bridge over the Napa Valley Railroad (Wine Train).

James Keller, developer: Renovation of earthquake damaged US Post Office, 8 Franklin Station Post Office 1351 2nd Street 180 Franklin Station Building, on National Register of Historic Places. Project includes automated parking garage (220 stalls) and 7,000 s.f. of retail.

Balco Properties/Noble House Hotels & Resorts: Proposal for Wine Train 10 NV Wine Train Hotel 1275 McKinstry 148 Depot to be replaced with new 5-story hotel, train station and parking garage, restaurant, pool, bar and market.

George Altamura: Project in design, pre-application phase, includes hotel, 11 Silverado Trail Hotel 2009 Silverado Trail 98 deli and , 8,700 s.f. winery and outdoor event center.

Pacific Hospitality Group: Mixed use project proposes select service hotel, 2610/2620 NV winery and office building. 30,000 s.f. winery; 20,000 s.f. offices with 12 Trinitas Planned Development Corporate Drive; 046- 250 outdoor event lawn and courtyard. Hotel to be combination of two 610-009, 19, 20 properties, Marriott Residence Inn (100 keys) and AC Hotel (150 keys) in a 145,000 s.f. facility. 1500 s.f. meeting event area.

1314 McKinstry Westin Verasa: Proposal includes 26-room expansion, new spa, new 30-seat 13 Westin Verasa Expansion 26 Street restaurant.
