(WE) was established as a time management specialist in 1995. WE have grown into a company with nationwide marketing network within the country. With the concept of branding or brand building as a competitive business process. In 2000, WE has ventured into its own products design and development with its own registered brand name "WEMAX". With the marketing expansion programme, WE has widen its product line to fulfill customers satisfaction. Presently, "WEMAX" range of products includes Time Recorder, Paper Shredder, Check Writer, Note Counting Machine, Binding Machine and Laminator. The growth in awareness for Information Technology in the past few years has increased the demand for high technology products. Therefore, with its company's philosophy to provide the latest high-tech products to enhance office productivity and lighten management load, WE has expand its product line into system solution provider. In 2003 WE were appointed as regional agent for "CLICK" Time Attendance Management, Security Patrolling Management and Cafeteria E-purchase Management System. In view of large increase in the volume of trade for "CLICK" products. The management have decide to decentralize the "CLICK" division as an entire owned operation.     Issue No. 1—2012/2013 F R O M T H E C H A I R M A N Dear Colleagues and Friends in FOBISSEA Schools, Welcome to the latest edition of the FOBISSEAN newsletter which is published three times per year. After six years holding the posts of Secretary, 1 st Vice Chair and for the last two years as Chairman, Mike Walton has recently stepped down from the Executive Committee. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mike for the commitment, time and energy he has given to the Federation. Mike’s thoughtful, intelligent and inclusive leadership has taken the Federation significantly forward as it seeks to modernise, grow and be- come a more influential educational voice for the region. Mike will remain a member Head of FOBISSEA and we look forward to seeing him again at future business meetings and conferences I would also like to take this opportunity to welcome Matthew Farthing as the new 1 st Vice Chair, Matt Mills as the Secretary and Gary Benfield as the new co-opted member for Professional Standards. They have all recently joined Peter Derby-Crook (2 nd Vice Chair), Val Thomas-Peter (Treasurer), John Jones (Co-opted member for Events) and myself on the Executive Committee of seven Heads. As you read through this newsletter you will get a real flavour for the vibrant and exciting educational op- portunities offered by FOBISSEA to the leaders, teachers and students in its schools.
