Void The Unknown Horrors I have seen the Swarm. They come from beyond, crawling from the darkest corners of the realms. Endless, fearless, antithetical to even the Great Enemy. Existence bleeds at their touch, unable to comprehend the nature of what should not be. The gods do not know them and have no answer to them. Are they sent by an unknown deity to bring about a perfection not even Death can mar? Or are they a mindless thing unable to truly know what destruction they cause? D6 1) Catalyst: The greater creatures of the void channel energy into a barrier that partially removes the target from reality making them harder to hit. Catalyst has a casting value of 7. If successfully cast, pick a friendly VOID SWARM unit within 12”. That unit may reroll saves of one.

2) Horror: When shown to the weak-minded, the truth of the Void Swarm’s existence can cause instant death.. Horror has a casting value of 5. If successfully cast, select an enemy unit within 18” and roll 2d6. For each point above the target unit’s bravery inflict 1 mortal wound.

3) : The unknowable nature of the Void can have strange effects on its spawn. Onslaught has a casting value of 7. If successfully cast, select one VOID SWARM unit within 12”. That unit may run and shoot in the same turn.

4) Paroxysm: Lesser creatures are reduced to quivering wrecks when blessed with the power of the Void. Paroxysm has a casting value of 6. If successfully cast, select one enemy unit within 18”. That unit suffers a -1 modifier to Hit and Wound rolls for the rest of the turn.

5) Void : When unleashed, the pure energy of the Void can burn holes in reality. Void Shriek has a casting value of 10. If successfully cast, select an enemy unit within 12”. That unit immediately suffers 6 mortal wounds. Once resolved, roll a d6, on a 6 that unit suffers another 6 mortal wounds.

Once the initial invasion has begun, the Void Swarm will begin to reinforce its armies with unending hordes of lesser creatures. Even the mightiest warriors are overwhelmed by the masses of spawn that fling themselves unthinking into battle.
