Venue: DTU meeting center
DTU’s meeting center has 20 meeting rooms. They are equipped with modern A/V and IT equipments. The meeting center also includes a lounge area and a café area with access to the atrium garden.
Meeting room 1 and 2 are booked for 4M/IWMF 2016. They will be used for parallel sessions. The Oticon Salen, which has capacity for max 400 guest, will be used for plenary sessions. One additional room will be available for team meeting.

Parking: free parking in front of the main building (Building 101).
Garderobe is available for meeting room 2.
Wireless internet can be logged in with DTU-guest user names and password.
Coffee, water, cakes and fruits will be served during the conference. Moreover, the meeting center offers a pantry kitchen, where you can make coffe, boiling water, fetch ice water, serve light food and store food in the refrigerator.
Getting to DTU, Lyngby campus (main campus) Note: shuttle bus will be arrange from Lyngby st. to the conference center in the morning and in the evening. It takes approximately 7 minutes each way.

It is the same S-trains (A, E) that stops at the four main stations (Copenhagen Central station, Vesterport-, Nørreport- and Østerport station) and continues to DTU. Here are a step-guide to how to get to DTU from the four main stations:
Step 1: to Lyngby st. S-train A in the direction of Hillerød station. Get off at Lyngby station S-train E in the direction of Holte station. Good advice:
DTU is a big campus therefore the mentioned busses stops at several places at campus. Make sure beforehand to know precisely at which busstop to get off. When taking the bus, it is a good idea to ask the busdriver if it goes to DTU, and ask if the busdriver can announce in the speakerphone, when you have to get off.
