To Ensure We Reach Our Goals - • Long Term Development Plan for our Elite female football player from U11 – A-squad Including: • Youth National Team U15 – (U23) set up with International Challenge matches and UEFA/FIFA competition • Education Camps with a holistic approach of elite player development • Regional performance squads with an individual and holistic development focus • National and Regional Performance Academy network This Will Provide Us With: • Well educated Elite athletes that are aware of what is required to be an Elite Football Player • All our talented players getting the opportunity to develop holistically • The clubs being provided with well educated football players that can strengthen the clubs activities through being role models and be practical examples/positive role models for the other players to follow.
