Twelve species are recog- nized, of which seven ( T. albidiflora, T. ankaranensis, T. bosseri, T. humbertii, KEY WORDS Portulacaceae, T. latifolia, T. tsitondroinensis, T. xerophila) are newly described. Talinella Talinella, grevei Danguy is divided into four subspecies, of which two (subsp. calcicola, Madagascar, subsp. hirsuta) are newly described and one (subsp. sarmentosa) is newly conservation, endemism, recognized at that taxonomic level. All species are endemic to Madagascar, new species. and most are vulnerable or endangered. RÉSUMÉ Révision du genre endémique malgache Talinella (Portulacaceae). Une révision du genre Talinella Baill. est présentée. Douze espèces sont reconnues, dont sept sont nouvelles ( T. albidiflora, T. ankaranensis, T. bosseri, MOTS CLÉS Portulacaceae, T. humbertii, T. latifolia, T. tsitondroinensis, T. xerophila). Les informations pluviométriques étaient contradictoires, selon les sources : x les estimations de FEWS-NET (figure 1) indiquaient que la pluviosité était supérieure à 125 mm au nord de la Grande-Île et qu’elle diminuait progressivement de 20 à 30 mm sur des bandes diagonales successives de 100 à 200 km de large à partir du nord et jusqu’au sud du pays ; x le peu de relevés transmis par le Centre National Antiacridien (annexe 1) indiquait que la pluviosité était très forte dans l’Aire grégarigène transitoire, moyenne à forte dans l’Aire de multiplication initiale ainsi que dans la majeure partie de l’Aire transitoire de multiplication et faible à moyenne dans l’Aire de densation, ce qui différait des estimations de FEWS-NET pour l’Aire grégarigène. Dans l’Aire grégarigène, compte tenu des relevés pluviométriques faits par le CNA, les conditions hydriques étaient fort erratiques : dans l’Aire grégarigène transitoire, elles étaient excédentaires par rapport aux besoins du Criquet migrateur malgache solitaire, dans l’Aire de multiplication initiale Centre, elles étaient favorables au développement et à la reproduction du Locusta migratoria capito et dans les secteurs Sud de l’Aire transitoire de multiplication et de l’Aire de densation, les pluies restaient peu abondantes.

Il représente 92% de l’offre énergétique à Madagascar. Le bois énergie, notamment le bois de chauffe et le charbon de bois, a l’avantage d’être disponible, facile à stocker et à utiliser, à faible coût par rapport à d’autres sources d’énergie de cuisson comme le gaz ou l’électricité. Les récentes analyses1 menées au niveau national prévoient une pénurie dans les années à venir si aucune mesure n’est prise, du fait d’une offre en bois énergie qui n’arrivera pas à satisfaire la demande. Par ailleurs, la répartition des ressources forestières disponibles n’est pas équilibrée. Les zones forestières à proximité des grandes villes sont sous forte pression pour satisfaire les besoins urbains en charbon de bois. La mise en place d’outils de régulation pour garantir l’approvisionnement durable en charbon de bois des milieux urbains s’avère ainsi nécessaire. Une proposition de réforme de textes législatifs régissant les activités de la filière a été proposée en 2009 à l’administration forestière, mais reste sans suite à ce jour. These six are restricted to Africa, except for Petchia, which also occurs in Sri Lanka with one endemic species. The study is based on herbarium material and living plants, mostly observed and collected by the author in Madagascar. Petchia replaces the well-known genus name of Cabucala as it has priority, so six new combinations have been made here. Petchia africana from Cameroun has been described as new to science. For Carissa verticillata a new name has been proposed to replace Pichon's homonym, C.pichoniana. In all, 23 names have been reduced to synonymy, 14 of which are even synonymso fPlectaneia thouarsii.

Son premier objectif est la réconciliation des flux financiers entre l’État et les principales industries extractives (compagnies minières et pétrolières amont) à Madagascar pour l’année fiscale 2011.     24th January 2012 ASX Announcement ASX: MGY DECEMBER 2011 – QUARTERLY REPORT: OPERATIONS REVIEW HIGHLIGHTS • Joint Venture Agreement with Canadian company Energizer Resources Inc. (“EGZ”) executed on 15 December 2011, resulting in a total of US$2.25M being paid to MGY plus 7.5M EGZ shares. • Joint Venture company (75% EGZ; 25% MGY) formed with the right to explore for industrial minerals including vanadium and graphite within ~40% of MGY’s tenement holding. • Subsequent to Quarter end, EGZ has announced the discovery of a potential flake graphite camp over the joint venture property, with multiple graphitic trends identified over a cumulative strike length of 320km. • 8 diamond drill holes completed at Vohibory Project for 1,059m, including two holes to test colonial-era copper mineralization and six holes to test a previously identified gold-in-soil anomaly – assay results awaited. • 607 soil samples collected from two areas at the Ianapera area (Ampanihy Project), to follow up on prospective nickel and copper zones located from regional prospecting and mapping. • 89 stream sediment samples collected from the Maniry area (Ampanihy Project) with areas of anomalism to be followed up with soil sampling. • Southern Geoscience Consultants (SGC) completed a geophysical review of selected zones within the Ianapera area (Ampanihy) with most of the targets confirmed in the field and rock chip sampled accordingly. • 68 rock chips collected across all the project areas following up on previously located soil anomalies at Fotadrevo, artisanal & historical copper and gold workings at Vohibory and SGC’s latest geophysical interpretation. • Several anomalous areas for nickel and uranium delineated along the Suture Zone at the Ampanihy Project following receipt of assays from 216 stream sediment samples collected in the September Quarter.
