Working towards that end, the Centre, since inception has been actively involved in designing and conducting thematic workshops, programmes and trainings including Training of Trainers for trainers and policy makers – both to enhance gender sensitization and increase capacities for gender analysis and gender planning. UN Women is the UN Organization dedicated to gender equality and the empowerment of women.
