Nikolas Cruz Nazi Pond Scum 1 2 NIKOLAS CRUZ NAZI POND SCUM HOW ANDREW MEDINA AND JAMESON SNEAD ENABLED NIKOLAS CRUZ BY MARK LEVY Copyright ©January 19, 2019 All rights reserved. ISBN: 9781796582918 Jewish Defense Organization E-Book & Paperback Post Office Box 646 FDR STATION NYC 10150 (212) 252-3383 3 4 TABLE OF CONTENTS CHAPTER 1: ANDREW “THE MAGGOT” MEDINA WITTING ACCOMPLICE [R] Parkland mass murderer Nikolas Cruz’s witting collaborator, Andrew Medina, should face criminal prosecution. The FDLE investigation concluded: “Campus Monitor Andrew Medina has been the subject of several interviews during this investigation. The first was conducted by the Broward Sheriff’s Office and was conducted prior to detectives having the chance to review the school surveillance videos. There have been some disparities between Medina statements over the different interviews, disparities which extend beyond the expected differences when people give multiple statements about the same incident.” In other words he was lying. The evidence presented here demonstrated the choice that he made on that fateful day to play dumb and not to act were based his hatred for Stoneman Douglas High School and its students and his perverted violent bisexual sadistic desires. Medina wanted to see everyone in Stoneman Douglas killed, but most importantly the girls who turned him down and in for hitting on them. He used Nikolas Cruz as his surrogate for fulfilling his twisted fantasy. He gave several conflicting statements under oath and was exposed as a liar by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. Medina video 5 CHAPTER 2: SCOT PETERSON: NEVER BRIEFED BY MEDINA REGARDING CRUZ [R] Andrew Medina withheld information about having seen a potential school shooter enter the premises with a gun case and back pack from Scot Peterson. He also told him he believed the noises were firecrackers. There was some confusion about a casualty on the football field so he may very well have not immediately known where the shots were coming from but once they started coming directly overhead he said they were coming from the 1200 building. Then he wimped out and refused to confront Cruz. CHAPTER 3: THE GENETIC DEFECTIVE [R] Cruz’s birth mother and his half sister were habitual criminals and passed these genes to the Miscreant. Cruz’s adoptive mother Lynda died a few months before the event. Her son might have had a hand in her death. If Marianne Hamel Theall knew about his intentions to shoot up a school then Lynda must have known; a lot of her information originated with Lynda, other info came from his Instagram Page. Cruz’s black brother Zachary also knew. Neither of them did anything to stop him. All pond scum. CHAPTER 4: THE BROWARD COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPUTIES FAIL [R] No matter what stunts the Miscreant pulled, Lynda Cruz made sure he didn’t get a criminal record by 6 refusing to press charges when the Deputies came. The local authorities failed to act after being warning of Cruz’s intentions numerous times. Broward County Sheriff Scot Israel had been fired. CHAPTER 5: OBAMA AND HOLDER’S PROMISE PROGRAM SAVES THE MISCREANT [R] This program, legalizing crime for a certain class of people, namely thugs, allowed Cruz to vandalize a bathroom faucet and escape punishment. The Miscreant got kicked out of a school for “Special Needs” kids and back to a normal High School. CHAPTER 6: THE HENDERSON BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CREW FAILS [R] Nothing happened to Cruz’s pussy Jewish psychologists from Henderson Behavioral Health who kept this self-proclaimed Nazi from being Baker Acted, put under involuntary observation, despite the recommendation of a psychiatrist several years earlier that he be institutionalized. Four of the counselors at this outpatient clinic prevented Cruz from being committed for observation. One was a Jewish LGBT female type and the other a Counselor at a Jewish summer camp. Then an African-American woman with a degree from an on-line University. The Miscreant was given a methamphetamine analogue as medication and anti-psychotic drugs by this out patient nuthouse. 7 CHAPTER 7 WHO WERE ANGIE AND EMILEE BRENNER? [R] Angie was Cruz’s girlfriend. Prior to Angie he went out with Emilee Brenner who told everyone that Cruz’s threats were BS. She eventually dumped The Miscreant. CHAPTER 8: FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES FAIL [R] The Florida Family Welfare investigators were afraid to use the word Swastika when they discovered Cruz had scrawled one on his back pack. Believe it or not these chowder heads investigated the Miscreants adoptive mother Lynda, the human punching bag, instead of Nikolas Cruz. Even though they were African-American they ignored the fact Cruz also had written I HATE NIGGERS on his backpack. CHAPTER 9: NAZI [R] Cruz was a mass murderer and self proclaimed Nazi. Some members of a Nazi chat group claimed that Cruz told them his birth mother was Jewish and CNN reported it as a fact. Cruz was part of a small Nazi cell who go out hunting together. One of these Nazis was friendly with Andrew Medina CHAPTER 10: THE FBI FAILS: THE BEN BENRIGHT STORY [R] There were numerous reports that Cruz planned to become a school shooter that were ignored by the 8 FBI. Ben Bennight, a bounty hunter, advised the FBI that Cruz had posted under his own name his desire to become a school shooter and the FBI didn’t do squat even though the agent assigned to the case was a computer security expert. CHAPTER 11 [R] KATHLEEN BLAINE Kathy Blaine is a liar like her cousin Lynda. She warned the BSO about her cousins son but then denied having called 911 about Cruz and says the call was not on her phone bill. Of course not. It wasn’t a toll call. Another coward and liar. The whole family, except for retired nurse and registered Republican Mary Hamel Theall, who is not related by blood, are scum. CHAPTER 12: ROCXANNE DESCHAMPS [R] DesChamps and her son were almost shot for separating Cruz from his guns. She was a neighbor of Lynda Cruz and had some genuine feeling for the Miscreant. CHAPTER 13: MARIANNE HAMEL THEALL AND THE FBI FAIL AND BSO FAILS FOR A THIRD TIME [R] Institutions also failed but escaped punishment. Law enforcement on a federal level failed to act on the warnings they were given about The Miscreant by Marianne Hamel Theall the best friend of his adoptive mother Lynda Cruz. Mary called the FBI and told them Cruz was going to become a school shooter but was ignored by Call Screeners hired by Obama’s stooges. The BSO did the same. 9 CHAPTER 14: THE BAD SNEADS [R] Medina will get his. But a person who is escaping punishment in this case is a pudgy turd named Jameson T. Snead. Cruz told everyone he met that he wanted to shoot up Marjorie Stoneman Douglas and told the same to his best friend who he called “J. T.” yet Jameson convinced his father to allow Cruz to live with them and to have access to his Smith & Wesson MP-15. He supplied a base of operations for Cruz even though he knew of his ambition to become a “school shooter” i.e. mass murderer. Cruz told him he wanted to shoot up a bunch of “niggers.” The only one Cruz was worried about after the event was Jameson Snead. Papa Snead the Greed was after the Miscreant’s inheritance so allowed him free access to the gun safe he made Cruz buy before Cruz moved in with him and his wife. CHAPTER 15: CRUZ BECOMES A POP CULTURE HERO [R] The sick bastards who make Cruz into a hero should be lined up against a wall and shot. (Note FDLE findings for the Florida Commission on School Safety appear in RED) 10 “Every day the NAZI Cruz remains alive is a day too long.” – Mordechai Levy, JDO National Director 11 CHAPTER 1 [return] ANDREW MEDINA: COINCIDENCE OR CONSPIRACY? ANDREW “THE MAGGOT” MEDINA VIDEO The early Broward Sherriff’s office release of documents relating to the Parkland Massacre contained references to a mysterious Campus Monitor who first spotted Nikolas Cruz. The name of this individual was deleted. This researcher unmasked his 12 identity by getting the names of all the Campus Monitors at Stoneman Douglas and then contacted them or ruled them out as the Miscreant Nikolas Cruz had murdered them. In a telephone conversation Medina admitted that he was the Campus Monitor with extensive contact with Cruz. I asked him why he didn’t tackle Cruz. I recorded the conversation which is illegal under Florida two party consent state law but legal under a Federal Appellate Court ruling that supersedes state law: “Eleventh Circuit (with jurisdiction over Alabama, Florida and Georgia): see Smith v. City of Cumming, 212 F.3d 1332, 1333 (11th Cir. 2000) ("The First Amendment protects the right to gather information about what public officials do on public property, and specifically, a right to record matters of public interest."). Medina told JDO researcher A. J. Weberman a different story than he told the Broward County Sherriff’s Office under oath: Weberman: Hello. Andrew Medina please. Medina: Yes who is this? Weberman: This is Mr. Weberman calling. Are you a campus monitor from Stoneman Douglas High School? Medina: Who is this? Weberman: Alan Weberman Medina: How are you doing Alan? Alan I really can’t talk at the moment because I am checking IDs out here in front in front of the school. Weberman: I’m gonna make it real quick. Were you the guy who saw Nikolas Cruz enter through a back entrance? Medina: He didn’t enter a back entrance he entered a front door.

We watched in horror as frightened children fled with their hands up, frantic parents tried to reunite with their children, and traumatized survivors told reporters about the violence they witnessed. It was the first time many of us saw these terrifying scenes. But it was far from the last.

  • Testimony of Aalayah Eastmond Senior at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Before the United States House Judiciary Committee February 6, 2019
Testimony of Aalayah Eastmond Senior at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Before the United States House Judiciary Committee February 6, 2019 Chairman Nadler, Ranking Member Collins, and other members of the committee, thank you for the opportunity to be here today to share my experience and perspectives on gun violence in America. My name is Aalayah Eastmond. I am a senior at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. While it is an honor to be before you today, it is only because horrific events have compelled me. Next Thursday will mark exactly one year from the day that 17 of my fellow schoolmates and educators were shot and killed, 17 more injured. Thousands more -- like me -- were fortunate to walk away with our lives that day but we will never be free of the terror. Some will carry visible scars, but all of us were scarred emotionally, for the rest of our lives. I was in my 4th period Holocaust history class. We were presenting our projects on hate groups found on college campuses. I could never have imagined my group partner Nicholas Dworet would’ve saved my life in moments to come. As we sat at our desks working on our computers after presenting our projects, we began to hear loud pops. When the gunman shot into our classroom, Nicholas Dworet was in front of me. The gunman’s bullets hit and killed him and Helena Ramsay. As Nicholas fell, I matched his every movement and hid beneath his lifeless body as bullets riddled my classmates. I thought I was going to die.

We can find resilience within one another, and together we will create a better, safer country for all. Brady is composed of Brady Center, 501(c)(3), and Brady Campaign, 501(c)(4). Volume 97 Number 46 | JULY 1-7, 2020 | MiamiTimesOnline.com | Ninety-Three Cents Broward Schools mark dual milestones School will resume with a hybrid model and seniors hype an app JULIANA ACCIOLY Miami Times Contributor Broward County public schools shutdown in March due to the new coronavirus and shifted to online learning. Three months later, the district has announced a tentative reopening plan for the 2020 - 21 school year. On June 20, Broward County Superintendent of Schools Robert Runcie said that schools will reopen on August 19 according to the physical distancing and health protocols that limit transportation and on-campus populations. Runcie said that BCPS has been exploring what to do through electronic surveys and based on responses by more than 80,000 parents/guardians, teachers, staff members, and students, Florida's second-largest school system is to adopt a hybrid educational format. The goal, said the superintendent, is to safely maximize the amount of time in school through a staggered days ap- proach, where four days a week students will be separated into two groups that will al- ternate between class- room-based instruction and distance learning. To further shield the community from infec- tion, Wednesdays will be reserved for e-learn- ing only while deep cleaning and sanitation take place on school grounds. Athletics, Robert Runcie including cheerleading and band programs are to resume in mid-July with a phased approach. "We don't have this all figured out. And we also know that with whatever decisions we make it still won't be an ideal situa- Rep.
