This project will be completed as a Schedule “C” Environmental Assessment in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Engineers Association document “Municipal Class Environmental Assessment, October 2000, as amended in 2007”. The study will: ! identify problems and opportunities for improvement; ! address short and long term issues related to planned future growth to year 2031; ! review opportunities to facilitate public transit and pedestrian movement; and ! recommend strategies and develop a preliminary design solution using a comprehensive and environmentally sound planning process. During the study, two Public Information Centres (PICs) will be held.
