Nathan Properties During your stay you will have an adviser either Mr. Mohammed or Ms. Banke on site to help in answering questions you might have and offer advice and suggestions. We have a detailed suggestion guide for food, fun and attractions. Also included are on demand services such as a private chef for special dinners, massages and much more. Lighting Kindly remember to turn off all lights before leaving the apartment. Power and Water Cuts Unfortunately, power cuts are quite common in Lagos. We have an automated generator that will come on within a few minutes of the power cut. Shortage of water supply are less common, and we have an alternate water supply of one hour to come on if indeed it does happen. Please be patient. Plumbing Kindly put ONLY waste tissue in the toilets. Each Flat has a hot water Tank. In the event that the hot water fails, kindly check that the switch has not been mistakenly turned off. Otherwise kindly draw our attention to it. Nathan Properties USEFUL INFORMATION Air Conditioning. Air conditioning is included for your comfort. However, we ask you to kindly turn off all units while you are out or when the room is not in use and when windows are open. Leaving the units on indefinitely could be a fire hazard. It takes several minutes for the air conditioning to cool the flat once the air conditioner unit has been turned on. If the balcony doors and windows are open, the air conditioning will be ineffective as the cold air will be lost to the incoming air. Thank you in advance for your consideration. Electric Devices. You will find the manuals of all devices in the third drawer on the right by the hob. Kindly return after use. We also urge you to only plug devises that are duly certified to the mains. Nathan Properties USEFUL INFORMATION Cleaning. We kindly ask that you keep the flat clean. Cleaning materials may be found under the sink in the kitchen. The Indoor Plants need not be watered. We will water if stays are beyond 5 days. The washing machines in the flats should be used with discretion. The manuals are in the kitchen bottom right drawer by the cooker. There is also laundry service available on site for a fee. Internet Access: Wi-Fi Username: Wi-Fi Password: Food and Delivery For your convenience, Nathan Properties has provided brochures of some recommended restaurants. The restaurants know the location of the property if you refer to it by its full name and area when placing your order. Taxi service: Kindly book legitimate and reliable taxi or car hire service. The uber service in also Lagos. DO NOT TAKE TAXIS OFF THE ROAD OR FROM UNSOLICITED PEOPLE. Nathan Properties USEFUL INFORMATION Pool and Gardening Maintenance The pool and garden maintenance are done regularly. A schedule may be provided on request. Smoking We ask that you please do not smoke in the apartment. Parking We have adequate parking within the compound and a few spots outside the premises for visitors. Rubbish Disposal Rubbish will be collected daily and disposed of at the designated area outside the gate. Please try not to leave rubbish outside the door as this will attract the wrong type of “guests” A recycling bin will be provided for plastic bottles to be collected daily as well. The address of the property is located on Dr. Muiz Banire street, Lekki Phase 1, opposite IMAX cinema. You can also find us on googleMap. Banke will help to check you in and handover the keys to your unit most times. Please make yourselves at home!! Have a look through the apartment and familiarize yourself with the contents of the property. The property should be clean and you will be provided with clean bedding on the beds and clean towels in the bathroom. If you find anything not to your satisfaction, kindly inform Ms Banke within 24 hours of arriving at the property. Nathan Properties Check out Procedures I hope you enjoyed your stay here!! As a reminder, the checkout time is 11.00 am as other guests check in at 15:00pm on the same day and the flat has to be cleaned and made ready for the next guests. Thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation. Before you leave please ensure that you: Check around and take all your belongings. Check all drawers and safes where available Turn off all the lights Shut the windows and close the doors We will have someone on site to say goodbye and for you to hand over the keys. Nathan Properties Check out Procedures Damages: As a guest, you are responsible for leaving the accommodation in the condition it was in the beginning of your stay. An inspection will be done at the beginning and at the end of your stay. Flight departure: If you are driving to the airport, please allow plenty of time for the journey. Recommended time is at least 4 hours to your flight. Remember you must check-in at least two hours before the gate for your flight closes. The traffic is quite unpredictable. Give at least two hours driving time to get to the airport. Please ensure you have your flight details and passports in your hand luggage. Nathan Properties Safety and Security Notice Management respectfully request you not to leave any money or valuables unattended. Balconies. If you have checked in with young children, kindly ensure they are not left unsupervised on balconies. Keep balcony furniture away from railings so they are not encouraged to climb up. TOP TIPS FOR BALCONIES. Never lean over, sit or climb on the balcony wall or railings. Don’t try to pass items to someone on another balcony. Never stand on balcony furniture. Take extra care on balconies after drinking alcohol as judgment may be affected. Be mindful of any gaps within the balcony structure.it may be possible for children to potentially slip through the gaps. Bathrooms. Please take care not to slip in and out of the bathrooms. Hot water from the taps may be hot so be careful. Nathan Properties Safety and Security Parking. Park your car within the grounds on the allocated parking slots for your apartment. Children. Ensure that children are not left unsupervised at any time during your stay and that extra care is taken when around the swimming pool, on balconies, stairs, lifts, raised terraces and gardens. Kitchen. The kitchen must be well ventilated. When leaving the accommodation, always ensure the cooker has been turned off. Never leave the hob unattended when switched on. Please do not use gas rings/ovens for anything other than for the purposes of cooking. If you are unsure how to use the cooker or any of the appliances, please call us. Security Kindly ensure all the names of expected visitors are left at the gate. There will always be gatemen on the premises at all times. A security patrol from the security company will patrol twice in the night while security patrol vehicle will be coming around at reasonable interval. For your peace of mind, there is a panic button beside ever bed in the flat. There is also a police station about a mile away. Kindly ensure all sliding doors are shut at night or when you leave the property. Nathan Properties POOL SAFETY Pool depth markings will be displayed either on the pool surroundings or on a nearby sign. Please do not use the pool if you cannot swim, see the bottom of the pool or if the pool is not clear.
