Welcome to Champion Bay Senior High School! It seems that this has been so long in coming. November 2015 was when the first announcement was made to create a new Years 7-12 campus on this site. So much has happened since this time, not the least being the near completion of the $20M building project. Last week a former student called at the Administration Office to collect a younger sibling and did not know where they were standing. That’s how much the site has changed in just two years. The total changes include: • The Technologies Centre – named the John Willcock Technologies Centre in recognition of the contribution to the state of WA made by the Premier John Willcock during the 1930s and 1940s, • The Dance Studio, • The Music wing including new practice rooms, • A new Administration Centre and cafeteria, • The construction of the school green – an area that is used by so many students and staff.
