Tender for Food Court at Antahprgnya 2K18 RAJIV GANDHI UNIVERSITY OF KNOWLEDGE TECHNOLOGIES Basar , Mudhole Mandal, Adilbad District Constituted under the Act 18 of 2008 Ref: RGUKT/ Antahpragnya/FC/2018 Dt:13.03.2018 Operation of Food Courts at Antahpragnya 2K18 Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies(RGUKT) , now a household name in the state of Telangana for encouraging the rural talented youth into integrated six-year engineering course would be organizing a tech-fest Antahpragnya 2k18 on the 20th,21st and 22ndof March, 2018. It is proposed to set up Food Courts for the benefit of the visitors to the Techfest based on prefixed rates for food items with fixed quantities for a period of three days . It therefore invites sealed tenders from the reputed Hoteliers and Restaurateurs with proven track record in ‘Hospitality Sector’ in operating Food Courts / Restaurants to Operate and Maintain the Food Courts on rental basis as per the terms and conditions laid down in the Tender Document. The Hoteliers/Restaurant who are operating or have operated Food courts in the Malls, Multiplex theatres, IT company office premises, Corporate company office only are eligible to apply. Tea, Coffee,Milk,Boast, Horlicks, Green Tea,Lemon Tea I Eligibility Criteria: a) The applicant should be a reputed Hotelier / Restaurateur / Food court operator with 5 years experience and should have operated or operating in Food courts in the Malls, Multiplex theatres, IT company office premises, Corporate company offices, Government Offices/Institutions and in any other reputed public places and Venues. b) The applicant should be running his existing operations with valid Food / Labour licenses etc. c) Financial Criteria: A minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 10.00 Lakhs per annum for the last three years for their Food Court outlets / unit as described above. Certified balance sheets of the respective Financial year to be attached. II Terms & Conditions : 1. Items served should be neat and fresh 2. Maintenance of surrounding ambience in hygienic area 3. Prices must be reasonable rates 4. All the Items must be displayed with the Prices 5. RGUKT supplies only water and power supply 6. Required material and equipment for preparing food items must be procured by owner itself [Utensils & Equipment] 7. University Staff, Volunteers and Security Personal will have a regular visits for maintaining discipline and to supervise the Food Supplied 8. All Stalls provided are opened from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM 9. To maintain Cleanliness in the Surrounding of the stalls and campus respective stall owners should take the responsibility 10. During the course of 03 Days event if any issue arises between the Stalls and Customers, this may be immediately bought to the notice of organizers 11. Payments should be paid in the form of DD drawn in favour of THE DIRECTOR RGUKT payable at Basar, Nirmal District. 12. Food items should be sold with in the given stalls limitation 13. The University is not responsible for the natural disturbances 14. The Total amount should be reached before 19th March 2018 III Checklist of documents to be submitted along with the Tender for Food courts: a) Audited statements of the firm for the last Three years (2015-16, 2014-15 and 2013- 14). b) Copies of the Food License. c) Copies of PAN card and Income Tax Returns for the last three years. d) Copy of the Trade License. e) Copies of Registration of VAT/Service Tax in their name. f) EMD amount of Rs. 20,000/- in the shape of a Demand Draft drawn in favour of THE DIRECTOR RGUKT payable at Basar, Nirmal District. g) The period of agreement is One year from the date of allotment.
