Harbour Limits
St. Mary’s Pier & Harbour Act 1890
The jurisdiction and limits of St. Mary’s Harbour which the Harbour Authority has power to levy rates shall comprise the Harbour and all piers and works by this order authorised and the works accesses and conveniences connected therewith and the area below high water mark comprised south and eastward of an imaginary line drawn from the Newman Rock, the north west headland of Garrison Hill at St. Mary’s in the Isles of Scilly, and running thence in a direct line to the western most end of Newford Island, and any buoy belonging to the Duchy of Cornwall within six hundred feet (182.88 metres) of the existing pier at St. Mary’s shall when used by such vessel be deemed to be included in such areas.

PASSENGER LANDING AND LOADING DUES:
Vessels of less than 100 registered seats (per year). £22.50 / seat*. Vessels of more than 100 registered seats (each way). £0.90 / pax each way*. ISPS security charge-St Mary’s. £2.90 / person*. ISPS security charge-All other Islands except Tresco. £1.50 / person*. Ship dues/keelage. 0.30 / GT*. Goods dues. £5.77 / tonne*.
WORK BOATS:
All work boats operating in or from St. Mary’s Harbour. £439.00.
BOAT AND TRAILER STORAGE PORTHLOO (Loa):
Winter storage. £3.50/m per month. (1st November – 31st March).
Summer storage. £5.50/m per month. (1st April – 31st October).
Summer trailer storage. up to 5.99m. £12.00 per month. 6.00m – 8.99m. £14.50 per month. 9.00m and above. £16.00 per month.
Catamarans are subject to a 25% surcharge for storage.
VISITORS MOORINGS:
Using harbour / visitor moorings: Half day price is 50% of published charges.
Yellow visitors buoy. Maximum LOA 12m (40’). £18:50 / night.
Green visitors buoy. Maximum LOA 18m (60’). £24:50 / night
Visitors row/island pontoon. Maximum LOA 7.60m (25’) (drying.) £9.50/ night. £5.00 per day.
