Every vessel which arrives at any Saudi Aramco Port or Terminal must have a copy of this book on board which is obtainable through the vessel’s agent. Every Master wishing to berth at any Saudi Aramco port or terminal must contract to comply with all the rules and regulations contained herein. This book does not replace or modify official publications covering the waters, areas, hazards or other subjects to which it pertains, nor is it intended for such purposes. The information contained herein is believed to be accurate at the time of going to press but Saudi Aramco makes no warranties and assumes no responsibilities regarding this book or any other information which may appear in supplemental publications, additions or corrections supplied by Saudi Aramco.
