Particulars No. 1 Supply of 6 seats Dining Tables with attached(Foldable) Stools for the Hostels functioning under the Social Welfare Department across the Karnataka State, with 2 years Warranty The Bidder should quote for entire tender package i.e., supply of full quantity of the item. No partial offers will be accepted. Detailed Specifications of the Items to be supplied are given in Appendix 1 and shall be supplied to various locations/hostels as at Appendix 4 The last date and time for submission of tenders is as shown in e- procurement portal. The opening of technical bid will be held at this office on the date as mentioned in e- Procurement portal. The commercial bids will be opened after completion of evaluation of the Technical bids. The Documents for submission of tender can be downloaded from the e-Procurement portal of Government of Karnataka and submitted online through e Procurement Portal only. Pre-bid Meeting A Pre-bid meeting with the prospective bidders will be held by the tender inviting authority at the office of Commissioner, SWD, 5th Floor, M.S Building, Dr.Ambedkar Veedi, Bangalore -560001, on the date as indicated in the Tender Notification The bidders should ensure that their queries for the pre-bid meeting reaches at least two days prior to the meeting date on the e-mail ID [email protected] . Maximum two representatives for each bidder will be permitted to attend the meeting. Response to Pre-bid queries and issue of corrigendum Queries strictly relating to this Tender will only be answered. Social Welfare Department neither makes representation or warranty as to the completeness of any response made in good faith, nor does Social Welfare Department undertake to answer all the queries posted by the bidders. At any time prior to the last date of receipt of bids, Social Welfare Department or Commissioner, SWD may for any reason, whether on their own initiative or in response to the queries posed by the bidders, modify the Tender document by a corrigendum. Wakankar explored Bādāmi, Tatakoti, Sidla Phaḍi and Ramgudiwar in 1976. This was followed by Sundara, Yashodhar Mathpal and Neumayer located painted shelters in Are Guḍḍa, Hire Guḍḍa abd Aihole region. They are found in the area between the famous Chalukyan art centres of Bādāmi and Paṭṭadakallu. The near past the first author carried out field survey in the Lower Malaprabha valley as part of his doctoral programe during 2011‐2015. The intensive and systematically comprehensive field work has resulted in the discovery of 87 localities in 32 rock art sites. (a ) to (d) Madam, development and maintenance of places of cultural importance, including centrally protected monuments, under Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) is an ongoing process. Adequate funds are provided for conservation, development and maintenance of protected monuments. The details of protected monuments of ASI in Karnataka are given in annexure. The essential conservation/development works of protected monuments are attended regularly as per the availability of resources and requirements of different sites and they are in a good state of preservation. In addition on sanction of additional funds, conservation works of other monuments of cultural significance are also taken up.
