Day 10 - Tuesday, July 7 Moscow Guided tour of some of the city's highlights: the Bolshoi Theater, the Russian White House, the Red Square with the famous onion shaped domes of St. Basil's Cathedral, the GUM Department Store and the Lenin Mausoleum. Enjoy a guided tour of the Kremlin. For centuries, it was the site of many tragic and famous events in Russian history. Today the Kremlin is one of the largest museums in the world. State regalia, invaluable icons and treasures of Russian tsars are all stored in the Kremlin’s chambers and cathedrals. Day 11 - Wednesday, July 8 Sergiev Posad/ Sudzal Transfer today to the Golden Ring, the tourist route drawn up during the Soviet era to boost tourism to Russia. Founded by Prince Vladimir Monomach in 1108 as a defensive outpost, it was a medieval capital until the rise of Moscow in the 14th century. Day 15 - Sunday, July 12 St. Petersburg Free day to explore the city on your own. You might want to enjoy a boat trip to Peterhof to tour the Grand Summer Palace and Park, with its beautiful gardens and fountains. Sometimes referred to as the “Russian Versailles”, Peterhof is one of the most refined and elegant ensembles of palaces and parks in the world. Its history is linked primarily to Peter I who in 1714 decided to build an extraordinary residence to eclipse the fame of Versailles.

Day 16 - Monday, July 13 Return US Transfer to Pulkovo International Airport, St. Petersburg and check-in for your return flight(s) to the U.S. Welcome home!
