How so? How did the liberal media treat A.G. John Ashbrook? For heaven’s sake, how did the liberals everywhere treat President George W. Bush? Holder says, race is a component, but so too is ideology. He is playing the blame game. It is either racism or those fanatical tea baggers. Holder also doesn’t like it when folks say they want to take back their country. I want to too, from the failure America is experiencing. America seemingly has forgotten that here the people rule through their representatives. We have a Republic not mob rule. The Bloody Rio Grande Apparently, as of late, a number of dead chil- dren have been washing ashore from the Rio Grande onto both public and private Texas land. Can you imagine what the liberal drive-by news media would be calling George W. Bush if he were currently president? Yet on Obama, the media just says keep moving along, nothing to see here.

OUR POLICY: To help preserve the ideals and sacred traditions of this our adopted country the United States of America: To revere its laws and inspire others to respect and obey them: To strive unceasingly to quicken the public’s sense of civic duty: In all ways to aid in making this country greater and better than we found it. GUEST EDITORIAL HANGING FIRST, TRIAL SECOND? by Sal Giarratani Last I heard, folks are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Too bad the mainstream media doesn’t understand that our agitators like Rev. Al Sharpton, who seemingly prowls for good stories to milk. Latest example is the tragedy taking place right now in the City of Ferguson, a suburb of St. Louis, Missouri. An 18-year-old man was killed by a Ferguson police officer and immediately Sharpton and the liberal media outlets like MSNBC couldn’t wait for the facts to be gathered before assigning blame. I will await the facts as they come in on both parties in this shooting. I will not rush to judge or defend. Let the facts fall where they may. However, I cannot begin to understand why the people of Ferguson have turned to looting their own community’s business in the name of justice. Looks like a good excuse for some thugs to go on a free shop- ping spree and blame racism for their actions. Where is Rev. Al when you need him. He comes in, stirs up the pot and then disappears like the Legend of the Lone Ranger. There is no excuse for tearing down your own community. When the facts are gathered and investigated, we will know where to assign blame, but until then, we need to see the rule of law restored to the civil society of Ferguson, Missouri right now looks as law- less as ISIS moving through northern Iraq. Many people have taken issue with the militariza- tion of local police forces using war surplus stuff from the Department of Homeland Security, but now the streets of this community are actually being patrolled by the Missouri National Guard because the violence has become so threatening. Kudos to both Governor Jay Nixon and Captain Ron Johnson of the Missouri Highway Patrol for attempt- ing to bring order back from disorder.
