We will stay today in Leon, before we cross the mountains to get to the Principality of Asturias. During the day, we will visit Astorga, head of one os the most extensive and oldest dioceses of Spain, and part of the Vía de la Plata, an alternative path to the French route, of the Way of St. James. You will have enough time to explore the city on your own, getting to the Cathedral and Episcopal Palace among others, vefore we come back to Leon. Enjoy your hotel facilities.

Drive to Gijon, on the shores of the Cantabrian Sea, offering you an attractive combination of maritime tradition, monumental heritage and modern urban planning right on the seashore.
