(“Pharma Mar” or the “Company”) of its subsidiary Zelnova Zeltia, S.A. (“Zelnova”), which includes the sale of the Italian subsidiary Copyr, S.p.A., the Company announces that at the adjourned general meeting of the Company’s shareholders held today in Vigo (Pontevedra), the shareholders authorised the sale of all the shares in Zelnova for a total price of €33,417,000, on the same terms as approved by Pharma Mar’s board on 23 May 2019, to the companies Allentia Invest, S.L. and Safoles, S.A. (together, the “Purchaser”), companies directly and indirectly owned by, among others, Mr Pedro Fernández Puentes, a director of Pharma Mar, and persons connected to him. The shareholders’ authorisation was to comply with Article 230 of the Spanish Companies Act (Ley de Sociedades de Capital), with regard to shareholders’ dispensation from the prohibition on directors’ carrying out transactions with the Company, and to the extent applicable Article 160f of the Spanish Companies Act, as regards shareholders’ approval for the sale of assets considered essential. -

Abstract It is widely argued that low-cost carriers (LCCs) lead to an increase in tourism demand. However, there is no conclusive evidence when the airport is located in a region with large diaspora and outbound tourism. To gain insight into the relationship between LCCs and international tourism demand, we analyse whether a causal relationship exists between the number of international LCC passengers at the Porto airport and international tourism demand in the Galicia-North Portugal Euroregion using a vector autoregressive model. We evaluate the dynamics of the impacts of the LCC passengers on international tourism demand in a tourism demand model framework. The number of low-cost international passengers has a positive influence on international tourism demand in the regions of North Portugal and Galicia (Spain). Furthermore, the confidence interval for estimated elasticity overlaps the values estimated for main tourism destinations in previous studies in the Iberian Peninsula. -

This research can be used in other publications with mentioning the name of its owner: The Development Corporation Amsterdam. 1 European cities learn from each other: Helsinki, Amsterdam and Stockholm exchange experiences in order to stimulate housing production. Background Housing production has been a hot topic in a number of European countries for some time. In the Neth- erlands, the concern about achieving the objectives at both national and local levels has led to policy initiatives and to adjustment of the available instruments. Research shows that housing production in various European cities is at the least an area of attention and sometimes also a source of concern. In a joint project, the European cities Helsinki, Amsterdam and Stockholm exchanged knowledge and experience. The aim: can we learn something from each other in the area of promoting housing production? This article examines the interim results of the co- operative efforts. It first offers a brief description of how the exchange came about and what form it took in practice. The exchange in practice This exchange project came about more or less by accident. Representatives of the municipalities of Stockholm and Amsterdam who were attending an international conference in the autumn of 2003 hap- pened to start talking about what was going on in their city. -

The overwhelming majority of people are Finnish speakers, 88.3% in 2016. Swedish speakers constitute 5.3% of the population, mainly located in the coastal areas of Southern, Western and South-Western Finland. Speakers of other languages make about 6.5% of the population. The largest groups are Russian speakers (about 75.000) and Estonian speakers (about 49.000).
