Councilwoman Barbara Freiberg recognized Rylan Carruth. December 11, 2019 ADOPTION AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES PROPOSED MINUTES Approval and adoption of minutes of the Metropolitan Council Meeting of November 26, 2019, the Greater Baton Rouge Airport Commission Meeting of December 3, 2019. and the Metropolitan Council Zoning Meeting of December 4, 2019. A motion was made by Mr. Watson and seconded by Mr. Hudson to adopt the proposed minutes. A "Yea" and "Nay" vote was called for and resulted as follows: Yeas: Amoroso, Banks, Cole, Collins-Lewis, Freiberg, Green, Hudson, Loupe, Watson, Wicker Nays: None Abstains: None Did Not Vote: None Absent: Welch, Wilson With 10 yeas, 0 nays, 0 abstains, 0 not voting, and 2 absent, the motion was adopted.
