From the West:  Traveling from New Jersey, take the Lincoln Tunnel and follow the signs for 42nd Street as you exit.  Turn right on 42nd street and follow it to Third Avenue. Turn left; the Chrysler East Building will be on your left. From the North;  Traveling from Westchester County, New York, follow signs for the RFK (Triborough) Bridge to Manhattan.  Take the FDR. Drive south to East 53rd Street (Exit 11) and turn right onto 53rd Street.  Turn left on Second Avenue and travel south to 43rd Street.  Turn right on 43rd Street and travel to the southwest corner of 43rd Street and Third Avenue. From the East:  Traveling from Long Island, take the Midtown Tunnel and then take the 37th Street/Uptown exit.  Turn left on 37th street and follow it to Third Avenue.  Turn right on Third Avenue and travel north to 42nd Street.  After crossing 42nd Street, the Chrysler East Building will be on the left corner of the block. Traveling by Train and Subway  Both the Metro-North Railroad and New York City subway system (S, 4, 5, 6, 7) provide service to Grand Central Station, which is two blocks west of the Chrysler East Building.  Cab service is available from Pennsylvania Station when traveling by Amtrak, the Long Island RailRoad, or the New Jersey Transit.
