The Pump should be factory assembled, wired and tested in accordance with international standards (IP68). The pump’s body should be made from Corrosion‐Resistant material. The impeller should be made from Corrosion‐Resistant material (stainless steel, chrome or bronze…etc.). The pump diameter should be ( 8"). The impellers should be short‐stage type. The pump's shaft should be made from corrosion‐Resistant material (stainless steel).Integrated check valve built in the pump. All needed works (supplying installaion and commissioning) should be implemented to make the job completed in every part and details includes connection to the network/Pipe Line Provision and Installation of (Submersible Pump Control Panel). The panel (Autotrans) should be assembled, wired and tested in accordance with international standards (IP44). The panel should have metal enclosure with 2mm thickness, steel frame with anti static paint.The panel should include (metal enclosur,Autotransformer, electromagnetic main circuit breaker, motor starter, phase failiar,current transformers,water level swich, indications lamps,contractors, fuses,timer, voltage meter, Amper meter, frequency meter, components labeling, wiring numbering and all needed accessories and fittings.). Control panel (As built drawings) should be provided with the panel (hanged on the inner side of the panel's door.). Works shall include any components needed for connecting the control panel with cables, wiring, etc. All wiring should be well arranged, Work should ensure the proper performance of the pumps, include wiring and cabling test and 3 pump commissioning. All needed works (supplying, installaion and commissioning) should be implemented to make the job completed in every part and details The Quality of Motor must be same as Pump quality.
