List of Pre-Approved Other Events

Approval is granted for licensees to post and accept wagers on the following pre-approved other events, subject to the conditions detailed below:

1) The results shall be based on a permissible source in accordance with Regulation 22.060 (4). 2) All audit procedures detailed in Industry Letter 2011-48 must be adhered to. 3) The setting of odds is at the discretion of the book; rules governing wagers shall be available to the public.

Arcade Golden Tee World Championship Acceptance of wagers must cease prior to the start of the event.

Major League Baseball American League and National League Rookie of the Year Awards Acceptance of wagers must cease at the close of business on September 1st. American League and National League Most Valuable Player Awards Acceptance of wagers must cease at the close of business on September 1st. American League and National League Manager of the Year Awards Acceptance of wagers must cease at the close of business on September 1st. American League and National League Cy Young Awards Acceptance of wagers must cease at the close of business on September 1st. All-Star Most Valuable Player Acceptance of wagers must cease prior to the first pitch.

National Basketball Association Most Valuable Player Acceptance of wagers must cease prior to the final regular season game. Rookie of the Year Acceptance of wagers must cease prior to the final regular season game. NBA Finals Most Valuable Player Acceptance of wagers must cease prior to tip-off of Game 1 of the NBA Finals. National Basketball Association Draft Acceptance of wagers must cease 24 hours prior to the event.

National Collegiate Athletic Association College Football Heisman Trophy Winner Acceptance of wagers must cease two weeks prior to final regular season game.

National Football League Super Bowl Most Valuable Player Acceptance of wagers must cease prior to kickoff. Regular Season Most Valuable Player Acceptance of wagers must cease prior to kickoff of the final regular season game. National Football League Draft Acceptance of wagers which involve a specific player must cease 24 hours prior to the start of the first round. Acceptance of all other wagers must cease prior to the start of their respective round.

National Hockey League Conn Smythe Trophy Acceptance of wagers must cease prior to the start of Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Finals.

National Thoroughbred Racing Association National Horseplayers Championship Acceptance of wagers must cease prior to the start of the event.

World Series of Poker World Series of Poker Main Event Final Nine Acceptance of wagers must cease prior to the start of the event.
