Job description and required skills: Must have Advanced English to read instructions and recipes. You will assist customers with their orders; assist the Cook, preparing food items for cooking; stocking food items as needed; cleaning and maintaining kitchen and food prep equipment; maintaining proper sanitation controls of products. Other tasks as directed by the concession manager including assisting the catering department with zoo related events. You must be able to stand for your entire shift and be able to lift 40-50 lbs. You will be cross-trained at the other locations as well.
