Referrals for Rural North Locality Courtesy of Warwickshire Stop Smoking Service This is a Warwickshire wide initiative.

This referral guide was devised by Warwickshire Stop Smoking Service (an NHS service provided by the George Eliot Hospital) to encourage referrals to services within Warwickshire. Frequently we engage with clients who not only want to stop smoking but also have other issues that may prevent them from stopping smoking such as racism, divorce, pregnancy, drugs or depression for example. Also, many raise concerns over putting on weight should they quit smoking. This guide will be updated twice yearly, if you have any suggestions or updates for this guide please email [email protected]

Let’s get referring to other services, providing clients with contact details of services which may be relevant to their concerns…for a healthier Warwickshire.
