All items are subject to 5.5% sales tax and 20% service charge Catering Policies and Practices All menu items and quotations are based on current menu prices and are subject to change without notice. Menu prices and items will be guaranteed sixty days prior to the date of the event.

Three weeks prior to your function, our catering department staff will finalize your menu selections, bar arrangements, room setup and any other specifics related to your function.

Final Guarantees are due in to the Catering Sales office by 12 noon 3 business days before your event. Once a guarantee is submitted, it cannot be reduced. Guarantees may be raised.

A minimum of 15 people is required for a breakfast or lunch buffet and a minimum of 25 people is required for a dinner buffet. If a group of less than 15 for breakfast / lunch or less then 25 for dinner, requests a food buffet, a charge of $50.00 will apply.

Food prepared by the hotel, which is not consumed by attendees may not be taken out of the hotel after a function. The only exception is wedding cake tops.

Food buffets are limited to 2 hours. If more time is requested, an extra charge of $50.00/hr will apply.

The hotel will provide all food and beverage. The only exception is wedding cake.

If you’d like our staff to cut and serve your wedding cake for you, service charges will apply. The hotel does not assume responsibility for the quality, delivery or set up of wedding cakes brought into the hotel.

You will be required to sign your Banquet Event Order in advance of your event as well as your banquet check at the conclusion of your event. Bar Services For each $250.00 in bar revenue per hour, we will be pleased to waive the $50 per hour bartender fee. This does not include wine service at the table. All bars must conclude at midnight. Hosted Bars Guests order the drinks of their choice and billing, plus service charge and tax is paid by the host of the event Cash Bars Guests purchase their drinks individually at the bar. Service charge is not included.

The hotel does not assume responsibility for any personal items left behind at the conclusion of the function.

The hotel is not responsible for damage or loss of any merchandise or articles brought into the hotel at the conclusion of the event.

The hotel does not accept responsibility for the security of wedding gifts or card boxes. It is the client’s responsibility to secure all gifts and cards prior to dinner service.

The hotel does not permit the affixing of anything to the walls, floors or ceilings of the meeting rooms with nails, staples, thumbtacks, tape or any other substance unless approval has been established prior to your event. No confetti or glitter may be used in any room. Usage of such items without prior consent will result in cleaning fees that will automatically be applied to the final banquet bill. Guarantees Confirmation on all meal functions, as to the number of guests served, must be made no later than 12 noon, 3 business days prior to the scheduled event. This number will be considered a guaranteed number for attendance, not subject to reduction. If attendance falls below the guarantee, the host is responsible for the numbered guaranteed. If a guarantee is not submitted, the hotel will consider the highest number printed on the banquet event order as the guarantee.

Additional Charges / Additional Information Charges will apply if the scheduled ending time of an event is not honored and results in additional labor cost to the hotel.

The hotel has underground parking available at posted ramp prices. Parking is subject to availability.

The hotel reserves the right to change meeting room assignments as necessary and will notify the client of this change

All hired entertainment must end by midnight.

Groups requesting state tax exemption must submit their State Tax Exemption number and form prior to the scheduled function.

All non-corporate or social events will require pre-payment of “estimated charges” 72 business hours in advance of the event with a credit card or cashier’s check.

Personal checks are not accepted. Any “estimated charge” over and above the actual charges for the event will be refunded in full. Cancellation Policy A cancellation fee of 100% of the function value shall apply, if a group cancels within 30 days of the scheduled event.

All contracts are considered null and void if not signed and returned by the client by the due date listed on the contract.

A non-refundable deposit is required on all non-corporate sponsored or social events.

A credit card or cashier’s check must be used to reserve any function.
