Health Services and Outcomes Research Graduate Program Hotels and Travel Reimbursements for On-Campus Residencies

The quarterly residencies for the Health Services and Outcomes Research program take place in our program’s classroom located on the 18th floor of 633 N Saint Clair Street, Chicago, IL 60611.

Traveling students are eligible for a $750 reimbursement of hotel or other travel expenses for each quarterly trip to Chicago. To receive reimbursement, a student should: 1) Complete/sign a couple forms during the residency, including a W-9 once a year. 2) Provide receipt/proofs of payment to Ryan Splitt during the residency or within 30 days afterward.

Reimbursement checks are typically mailed 1-2 weeks after paperwork is submitted.
