ADD-ON ORDERS received after an original order is complete is considered a new order and will be charged as such, including all set-up fees, class and/or place changes etc and lead times. LOGOS: There will be a one-time fee starting at $55.00 to have a die made with your logo. Please send a clear black and white camera- ready piece of artwork. (Allow 1-2 weeks for die to be made. Rush shipping charges may be applied to logos needed sooner.) Logos may be stored with us for convenience. First time orders over $500 will have no fee charged for their first logo. BANNERS & SASHES: Please allow at least 4 weeks. If logos are needed, additional time may be required. Charges for larger logos may be higher than the $55.00, please send in artwork for a quote. RETURNED CHECK FEE: There will be a $25.00 fee for returned checks. We’ll do our best to work with the customer on payment terms, but legal action will be taken if payment is not received. DEPOSITS: A deposit of at least 50% is required on new customer orders before printing begins, and will continue until credit is established. Remainder of payment is due upon receipt of order.
