Grubb, of Birmingham, Ala., were admitted to practice. The Attorney-General presented to the court the Hon. John K. Rich- ards as Solicitor-General, and it was ordered that his commission be recorded. The Chief Justice announced that the court would commence the call of the docket to-morrow, pursuant to the 26th rule. Adjourned until to-morrow at 12 o'clock.
