Never dispose of litter on the beach on the sea. It is illegal and unfriendly. Marine turtles can confuse clear plastic waste with jelly fish and will die if they eat it. Hand feeding offish is discouraged. It disrupt normal feeding pattern. Hook and line fishing is allowed in the marine reserves but prohibited in the marine parks. Spear guns are not permitted for used in either. Environmental friendly activities such assnorkeling and diving are encouraged, under the supervisions of KWSwarden, who walk closely with local tour operators to ensure strict adherence to this code of practice. Avoid restaurant that serve undersized crabs and lobster asthis contribute to their rapid demise. GENERALINFORMATION There is no charge to use the beach for swimming, sunbathing or exploring the many tidal pools. A park fee is charged for visitors using boats to go snorkeling, scuba diving, or observing the coral reef. Glassbottom boats are available for hire to visit the reefs. Please use only the services of the local community of boat operators who are authorized by the warden.
