The migratory process through which the undocumented immigrant will pass on his/her way to the United States will be examined. In this work, the mentioned migratory process will be considered to consist of three stages. The first will consist of the migrants life before they arrive at the decision to emigrate, the second will entail the journey, and the last will involve the migrants life in the country to which he/she immigrates.
