LICENSURE AND ACCREDITATION The Rabbinical College of America is licensed by the Office of the Secretary of Higher Education of the State of New Jersey, P.O. The Yeshiva is accredited by the Association of Advanced Rabbinical and Talmudic Schools (AARTS) to offer a Bachelor of Religious Education Degree, and Bachelor of Talmudic Studies Degree.
