PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: The concentrate is prepared from depectinized, filtered juice derived from matured, cleaned, frozen, cranberries (Genus/species: Vaccinium macrocarpon) with the essence returned. Concentrate has no added sugar, color or preservatives.

PACKAGING: 5 gallon, high density polyethylene cylindrical container, Reike spout with tamperproof seal, swing handle on top, filled to 5 gallons, 36 drums per pallet or a 55 gallon, open top, metal drums with FDA approved liners. Liners consist of a 15 mil rigid liner that protects the product from the drum and a 4 mil liner that is tied for customer convenience. Drums are filled to 50 gallons, 4 drums per pallet. SHIPPING AND STORAGE: Ship below 40°F and store product at 0°F + 15°F. Two year shelf life if kept frozen.

CERTIFICATIONS: Kosher, BRC, Non GMO Project Verified, Halal.

Product must be completely thawed and mixed thoroughly prior to sampling.
