Luis Omar Mendieta Vargas Silvia Pérez García Jonathan Rosalino Ramírez Gómez Diana Yvonne Ramos Vázquez Andrea Magali Romo Ruiz Bernardo Santibáñez Cabrera LA OPERACIÓN ADUANERA Y EL COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL EN EL TRANSPORTE AÉREO INTRODUCCIÓN El siguiente trabajo muestra la aplicación de los conocimientos adquiridos durante el seminario de Operación Aduanera y Comercio Exterior en el Transporte Aéreo a la exportación del acido hipofosforoso el cual es materia prima utilizada en la fabricación de detergentes y cosméticos, por lo que dentro del mismo podrán encontrar toda la información acerca de como se exporta un material peligroso, así como las restricciones dentro y fuera del país. Dentro del trabajo puede encontrarse la guía aérea, pedimento del mismo, la carta de declaración de material peligroso así como la fracción arancelaria de la mercancía, con estos documentos se ha podido desarrollar el siguiente trabajo basándose en las unidades que el programa establece. La información que a continuación encontraran es verídica por lo que podemos resumir que el trabajo que se tiene puede ser utilizado por los alumnos como un documento de consulta para poder resolver así sus dudas; además de tener información de una exportación al ser un trabajo final cuenta con la información para poder ser leído por personas que tengan o no conocimiento del mismo ya que se utiliza un lenguaje claro y sencillo sin dejar afuera algunos tecnicismos de la materia. IV A QUIÉN VA DIRIGIDO: Este trabajo final va dirigido a los alumnos de Negocios Internacionales, Relaciones Comerciales, Contaduría Pública y Comercio Exterior que importan y exportan mercancías; así como tambien a las personas físicas y morales que tienen conocimientos en La Operación Aduanera y el Comercio Exterior en el Transporte Aéreo. Diagnóstico del transporte de carga aérea en México Durante el intervalo de análisis se observa un importante crecimiento de las magnitudes transportadas entre el inicio y el final del periodo analizado, puesto que se inicia con un monto de alrededor de 130 mil toneladas en 1983, y se alcanzan valores cercanos al medio millón de toneladas a partir de 1998. La cifra record de 502 mil toneladas se alcanzó en el 2000, y desde entonces se han venido transportando anualmente cantidades similares. Del análisis de los datos, se puede concluir que en los últimos cinco años la demanda de transporte aéreo de carga se ha comportado de manera relativamente errática, rondando las 500 mil toneladas anuales, pero sin lograr mantener la tendencia creciente que se presentó en la segunda mitad de la década de los noventa. Carga transportada por aerolíneas nacionales y extranjeras en el periodo Del análisis de los datos de la carga transportada por las empresas nacionales y extranjeras en el periodo comprendido entre los años 1992 y 2010, se observa que la carga transportada, tanto por empresas nacionales, como por extranjeras, ha mantenido una tasa de crecimiento positiva, de tal manera que las magnitudes absolutas de ambas variables se han incrementado; pero que mientras la carga transportada por las aerolíneas nacionales se ha duplicado, para las extranjeras se ha triplicado en el mismo periodo. Además, se puede observar que la carga internacional se distribuye entre las empresas extranjeras y las mexicanas en una proporción de 80/20, lo cual significa que las empresas extranjeras transportan anualmente montos cercanos al 80% del total, correspondiendo a las empresas mexicanas el complementario 20%. Washington, DC 20590 www.dot.gov/affairs/briefing.htm BTS Data BTS 09-10 Monday, February 22, 2010 Contact: Dave Smallen Tel: 202-366-5568 December 2009 Passenger Airline Employment Down 3.3 Percent from December 2008 U.S. scheduled passenger airlines employed 3.3 percent fewer workers in December 2009 than in December 2008, the 18th consecutive decrease in full-time equivalent employee (FTE) levels for the scheduled passenger carriers from the same month of the previous year, the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS) reported today (Tables 1, 2). FTE calculations count two part-time employees as one full-time employee. BTS, a part of the Research and Innovative Technology Administration, reported that the December FTE total of 379,100 for the scheduled passenger carriers was 12,900 below December 2008 and the lowest total for any month since 1993 (Table 3). Historic employment data can be found on the BTS web site. Six of the seven network airlines decreased employment from December 2008 to December 2009. Delta Air Lines, which is completing its merger with Northwest Airlines, was the lone network carrier to increase employment (Table 9). Network airlines operate a significant portion of their flights using at least one hub where connections are made for flights to down-line destinations or spoke cities. Low-cost carriers Southwest Airlines, Spirit Airlines and Frontier Airlines also reported decreases from December 2008 (Table 12). Regional carriers American Eagle Airlines, SkyWest Airlines, Comair, Atlantic Southeast Airlines, Pinnacle Airlines, Horizon Air, Mesa Airlines, Air Wisconsin Airlines, Mesaba Airlines, PSA Airlines and Colgan Airlines also reported reduced employment levels compared to last year (Table 15).
