CCS, HYDERABAD POLICE ARRESTED THE ACCUSED PERSON INVOLVED IN CR.NO: 123/2021 U/S 406,420,468,471 r/w 34 IPC IN BANK CHEATING CASE
On the complaint of, Senior Manager, Canara Bank, Sultan Bazar Branch, Hyderabad a case was registered against Saket Talwar of M/s. Talwar Cars Pvt. Ltd & others. They obtained Rs. 95 lakhs bank loan on the guise of deliver a new VOLVO car and diverted the amounts and cheated the bank and misappropriated the amounts without delivery of Volvo Car. Mr. Saket Talwar has cheated several banks/Financial institutions by furnishing the fake, fabricated invoices, insurance certificates, creating fake temporary registrations and Chassis numbers. There are (8) cases registered against him and his company M/s. Talwar Cars Pvt. Ltd, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad i.e. 2 cases in CCS, 3 cases in Banjara Hills, 1 Case in Panjagutta, 1 case in Jubilee Hills and 1 case in Miyapur, Cyberabad.
On 08-08-2021, the team consisting of SI and two PCs of CCS, DD, Hyderabad lead by Sri K. Ramakrishna, SI, WCO Team-X, apprehended the accused Saket Talwar, age 41 yrs r/o Banjara Hills, Hyderabad at Mavi Villa Arambol Beach in Goa and brought to CCS, DD, Hyderabad. He is being produced before the Hon’ble Court for judicial remand.
This case is investigating by Sri K. Praveen Kumar, SI of Police F- Division, CCS, DD, Hyderabad under the supervision of Sri N. Mahender, Addl. DCP, EOW, CCS, DD, Hyderabad.
