On credible information the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, North Zone Team, Hyderabadbusted organized cricket betting racket& conducted raid at Cricket betting (Gaming) house situated at Manbhavana chit funds Pvt Ltd, Flat no.318, 5tfh floor, MPM Mall, Abid road, ,apprehended (05) accused persons namely 1)Anand Bhai Tapadia ( Main Organizer/Bookie), 2) Shyam sunder Sharma (Sub-Bookie) 3)Pamba Karandas, 4)Tumwar Ashok & 5)Voore Yashawanth Kumar (Punters), wherein the accused persons have been organizingCricket betting under mainorganizerAlpesh R/o. Gujarath Stateand accepting cricket betting amount directly and indirectly, over cell phones from punters for ongoingIPL 2020 Cricket matchesand gain illegally easy money.

2. Shyam Sunder Sharma S/o. late Mothilal Joshi, age. 35 yrs,occ. Pvt job R/o. Begum Bazar, Hyderabad (Sub-Bookie)

3. Pamba Karandas S/o. late P.Ramdas, age. 28 yrs, Occ. Mineral Water business R/o. Afzalgunj, Hyderabad, ( Punter)

4. Tumwar Ashok S/o. T.Nagnath, age. 35 yrs, Occ. Garments business R/o. Afzalgunj, Hyderabad N/o. Banswada, Kamareddy Dist, (Punter)

5. Voore Yashawanth Kumar S/o. late V. Srinivas, age. 25 yrs, Occ. Software employee R/o. Malakpet, Hyderabad, (Punter)

➢ BRIEF FACTS OF THE CASE:- The main accused Anand Bhai Tapadia is native of Nagour (Dist), Rajasthan State. Few years back his parents migrated to Hyderabad. From five years he is running Finance business on the name of Manbhavana situated at Flat no.318, 5tfh floor, MPM Mall, Abid road, Hyderabad.

The accused is habit of betting money on Cricket match through online. He hatched plan to organize cricket betting. During IPL Cricket season few days back he came into contact with main Bookie by name Alpesh R/o. Gujarat State, through him he got online cricket betting web site/ app www.lordsexch.com its user ID & Password for online cricket betting, which provides on-line score, ball to ball, as well as betting ratiosand used to collect betting amount from the punters clandestinely and remit to main bookie through google pay/Paytm/Phonepe accountsand gain illegal easy money.

For organizing the betting’s &collecting betting amount he engaged betting sub Bookie 1)Shyam sunder Sharma & main punters by name 2)Pamba Karandas, 3)Tumwar Ashok , 4)Voore Yashawanth Kumar and in an organized manner organizing betting at above said place, used to collection betting amount for ongoing IPL Cricket matches and gain easy money illegally and sharing the profits . They having about 30 to 35 punts who are habit of betting for ongoing IPL Cricket matches.

On 03-10-2020 the main organizer Anand Bhai Tapadia along with his associates are organizing and accepting betting amount from punters directly , through online betting at above premisesfor ongoing IPL -2020 Cricket match held in-between Delhi Capitals (DC) Vs Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), venue at Sharjah Cricket Stadium, UAE, on tip off the commissioner’s Task Force team raided at above premises, apprehended them and seized above material from the possession of accused persons.

The apprehended accused personsalong with seized material were handed over to S.H.O Abid Road PS for further investigation.

The arrest was made under the supervision of Sri.P.Radhakishan Rao, Dy. Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad lead by Sri K.Nageswar Rao, Inspector of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, North Zone, and SI Sri. G.Rajashekar Reddy, B.Parameshwar and North Zone Task Force Team, Hyderabad. Dy.Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad.

Today (04.10.2020) The Hon'ble Union Home Minister Sri Kishan Reddy Inaugurated the CC Cameras at DCP East Zone office, Amberpet in presence of Sri. Anjani Kumar IPS CP Hyderabad along with Sri.Kaleru Venkatesh, MLA Amberpet constituency, during his tenure as Amberpet constituency legislator from 2014- 2019 sanctioned about Rs 2.45 crore from his constituency development fund with a total of 280 CCTV cameras installed in Amberpet constituency in , Amberpet, and Malakpet PS limits.

SEIZURE OF GUTKHA, BANNED CHEWING TOBACCO & FOREIGN CIGARETTES ALL W/Rs.10,00,000/-

The Commissioner’s Task Force, South Zone Team, Hyderabad, raided on two houses at Naseeb Nagar,Phoolbagh under Chandrayanagutta Police Station limits and Fatheshanagar under Bhavaninagar police station limits, apprehended two persons,who are selling and supplying banned Gutka, different types of chewing Tobacco products and Foreign cigarettes to the known and needy persons and earning illegally. Seized different types of Gutkha, chewing Tobacco products and Foreign cigarettes all W/Rs 10,00,000/- from their possession.

Apprehended persons along with Seized property handed over to Chandrayanagutta ps and Bhavaninagar ps for further action.
