Sri. L. Santosh Kumar, Gachibowli, Hyderabad has filed a complaint dated 17-01-2019 which was received by this Commission on 17-01-2019 for not complaining the Commission Order in appeal No: 2928/SIC-BM-II/2018 dated: 20-12-2018 and for not furnishing the information sought by him through 6(1) application dated: 27-05-2017 from the PIO / O/o the Tahsildar, Amberpet Mandal, Hyderabad.

The complaint was taken on file and notices were issued to both the parties for hearing on 30-10-2019.

The case is called on 30-10-2019. The complainant Sri. L. Santosh Kumar is present andTSIC stated that the PIOs has not furnished the information. The APIO / Smt. B. Deevena Madhu Hasini, Superintendent, O/o the District Collector, Collectorate Complex, Nampally, Hyderabad is present and submitted that the Commission notice dated: 21-10-2019 received by them was forwarded to the PIO / O/o the Managing Director, TS Housing Corporation Ltd., Himayathnagar, Hyderabad since the information pertains to them. The APIO / Smt. K. Sreedevi, Deputy Executive Engineer, O/o the Managing Director, TS Housing Corporation Ltd., Himayathnagar, Hyderabad is present and submitted that no records are available with them connected with the information sought by the complainant with this regards, hence could not furnish the information to the complainant. Sri. BV. Mahesh Raju, Special Revenue Inspector, O/o the Tahsildar, Amberpet Mandal, Hyderabad is present and submitted that the available information will be furnished to the complainant within 15 days.

Heard both the parties and perused the material papers available on the record. The appellant stated that that he requested the PIO to give attested copies of Patta Certificates and the corresponding Possession certificates for all the 206 beneficiaries residing at Veerannagutta, Amberpet Mandal.

After detailed discussion, the Commission directs the PIO / O/o the Tahsildar, Amberpet Mandal, Hyderabad to allow the complainant for verification of records on 15-11-2019 at: 11:00 AM to obtain the required information and to report compliance to the Commission.

With the above directions, the complaint is closed.
