Na tle innych czołgów średnich pokazano parametry czołgu Twardy. Na podsta- wie badań własnych dotyczących elastyczności spalinowych silników wysokoprężnych zapropo- nowano możliwości poprawy parametrów silnika czołgu Twardy w ten sposób, by nie przekracza- no jego obciążeń cieplnych i mechanicznych. Rozwiązanie to ma a jednocześnie służyć poprawie jego manewrowości przy względnie niewysokim nakładzie pracy. Przedstawiono jego wpływ na parametry napełnienia silnika oraz zadymienie spalin. Słowa kluczowe: czołgi, PT-91 Twardy, silniki czołgowe, manewrowość WSTĘP Manewrowość taktyczna określa zarówno ruchliwość, jak i „przeżywalność” po- jazdów wojskowych bezpośrednio na polu walki, w skład których wchodzą takie para- metry jak: prędkość maksymalna na szosie, prędkość w terenie, przyspieszenie, zasięg jazdy, zdolności pokonywania różnego rodzaju przeszkód oraz, uznawany za podsta- wowy, parametr zwany mocą jednostkową [2]. Właściwie decydujący wpływ na zdol- ności przyspieszania, pokonywania wzniesień oraz uzyskiwania maksymalnych prędko- ści jazdy pojazdów ma moment obrotowy silnika, który wpływa na jego elastyczność, a tym samym na zdolność przystosowania się do zmiennych obciążeń i prędkości obro- towych [8]. Na manewrowość broni pancernej, oprócz wspomnianych czynników, ma również wpływ budowa pojazdów oraz właściwości układów bieżnych, czyli budowa zawieszenia, układów skrętnych [8]. -

1 Armement terrestre français : « il est grand temps (de continuer) d’agir ! » Cédric Paulin, Chargé de recherche (29 mai 2006) Il est courant, en France, d’évoquer un secteur terrestre européen morcelé et éclaté par rapport à d’autres secteurs comme l’aéronautique, les missiles ou le spatial. C’est une erreur. Les grandes manœuvres ont commencé depuis 1998 et sont en partie abouties autour du britannique BAE Systems et de l’américain General Dynamics1. Si les restructurations européennes n’ont pas commencé, c’est donc surtout, a priori, pour le secteur industriel français (et allemand, dans une mesure différente cependant2). Dès 2003, cette situation a été soulignée, largement à partir de l’expérience de GIAT Industries : « Dans le domaine de l’armement terrestre, le mouvement de consolidation à l’échelle européenne a été largement entamé mais devrait se poursuivre face à la baisse constante des dépenses militaires en Europe dans ce secteur. GIAT Industries en a été exclu jusqu’à présent du fait de sa situation financière »3. A la mi-2005, la perspective d’une participation de GIAT Industries aux restructurations européennes était repoussée à la fin 2006 par la ministre de la Défense, Michèle Alliot-Marie4. Euro wurden rund 5,75 Mrd. Euro für Rüstungsinvestitionen (For- schung, Entwicklung und Erprobung sowie militärische Beschaffungen) ver- ausgabt. Davon waren 4,78 Mrd. Euro für militärische Beschaffungen und ca. 1 Mrd. Euro für Forschung, Entwicklung, Erprobung ausgegeben (9. Bericht des Bundesministeriums der Verteidigung – BMVg – zu Rüstungsangelegen- heiten, Teil 1, Berlin, Juni 2019, S. 7). Im Vergleich zum Haushaltssoll 2018 wurde der Verteidigungsetat 2019 um rund 4,7 Mrd. Euro auf rund 43,2 Mrd. Euro erhöht. Für rüstungsinvestive Ausgaben sind insgesamt rund 8,3 Mrd. Euro veranschlagt (9. Bericht des BMVg, Teil 1, Berlin, Juni 2019, S. 57). Steigende Rüstungsausgaben schlagen sich auch in den Geschäftszahlen der Mi- litärsparte des Düsseldorfer Konzerns Rheinmetall – Rheinmetall Defence – nieder. Der von den 11 832 Mitarbeitern, die Kanonen für Panzer – etwa für den Leopard – und Artillerie sowie Munition und andere Waffentechnik herstellen, erwirtschaftete Umsatz stieg 2018 auf 3,22 Mrd. Euro und damit um 6,1 Pro- zent. Der Betriebsgewinn (Ebit) in diesem Bereich ging sogar um fast 50 Pro- zent auf 254 Mio. Euro in die Höhe (Geschäftsbericht Rheinmetall Group 2018, S. 41 f.). Im ersten Quartal 2019 verbuchte Rheinmetall ein Umsatzplus um 6,6 Prozent auf 1,343 Mrd. -

The city’s onscreen prominence is so taken for granted today that it is hard to imagine that as late as 1965, the last year of Robert F. Wagner’s mayoralty, New York hardly appeared in films at all. That year, only two features were shot substantially in the city: The Pawnbroker, an early landmark in the career of veteran New York director Sidney Lumet, and A Thousand Clowns, directed by Fred Coe, which used extensive location work to “open up” a Broadway stage hit of a few years earlier by the playwright Herb Gardner. The big change came with Wagner’s successor, John V. Lindsay—who, soon after taking office in 1966, made New York the first city in history to encourage location filmmaking: establishing a simple, one-stop permit process through a newly created agency (now called the Mayor’s Office of Film, Theatre and Broadcasting), creating a special unit of the Police Department to assist filmmakers, and ordering all city agencies and departments to cooperate with producers and directors (1). The founding of the Mayor’s Film Office—the first agency of its kind in the world—remains to this day one of the Lindsay administration’s signal achievements, an innovation in governance which has been replicated by agencies or commissions in almost every city and state in the Union, and scores of countries and provinces around the world. In New York, it helped to usher in a new industry, now generating over five billion dollars a year in economic activity and bringing work to more than 100,000 New Yorkers: renowned directors and stars, working actors and technicians, and tens of thousands of men and women employed by supporting businesses—from equipment rental houses, to scenery shops, to major studio complexes that now rival those of Southern California.
