Regulation Commission. The STP is issued only to natural persons and is not issued to a juridical person such as Your FAF.

Section 29 further provides for penalties to be imposed upon those who shall be found guilty of practicing or offering to practice architecture in the Philippines, without being registered/ licensed or those who are not holders of STPs in accordance with the provisions of this Act.

Advertising or promoting Your FAF, or its principals, leads, officers or any of its architects, who have not yet secured their individual STPs to practice architecture on Philippine soil, may constitute a violation of law. Through You, the PRBoA extends this invitation to thoroughly review the provisions of said Act to help You and Your foreign architects (FAs, not Your FAF) attain full compliance.
