The CO spoke with two workers at this facility and explained the complaint, their observations, and provided them with a copy of the dust regulations. An additional follow up was performed and the CO was able to observe that the street had been swept and did not observe any dust issues. The CO was able to speak with the owner of Cobra Trading, Spencer Blue, who explained that they now had a street sweeper servicing the area daily.
