1.Could you please disclose the attendance figures for every concert at Scarborough's Open Air Theatre to date since it reopened. The attendance figures from 2010-2014 are shown in the table below. 2015 figures have not yet been released and are intended for future publication so are therefore exempt under Section 22 of the FOIA: information intended for future publication. .

This information will form part of a report to Cabinet in due course. Once that report has been published all ticket sales, and other information, will be available to be accessed by anyone.

2. Could you please disclose how many comp tickets (including guestlist) were handed out for each show. In the case of each show booked that is sourced and run by Scarborough Borough Council 40 tickets are put aside for press, local media and major sponsors. These are used in many cases for competition prizes by those bodies. Artiste’s Guest list tickets vary each show from 0 – 50. Individual records of those requests are not retained by the council.

3. Could you then please disclose how many of these comp tickets were for councillors for each show. For the shows that are operated by Scarborough Borough Council no complimentary tickets are set aside for Councillors
