An appendix to the site specific recommendations includes a summary of all public outreach and meetings. With approved Outdoor Festival or Assembly permit, ticket packages for goods and services may be sold before or during the event but in no case can a charge be required to access public property/greenspace. 4) Outdoor Festivals may not prohibit access to specific amenities such as dog parks, playgrounds, splash pads, swimming pools or skateparks.
