Bu güzelliklerden de destek alarak her zaman daha fazla çalışma yapıyoruz ve daha fazla katma değer oluşturuyoruz. Her alanda yaptığımız çalışmalar ve verdiğimiz hizmetler Alanya'mızın ekonomik ve toplum yapısının daha da gelişmesini sağlamaktadır. Akdeniz'in İncisi, olan Güzel Alanyamız iklimi, doğal güzellikleri, tarihi zenginlikleri, denizi, güneşi ve kumu ile isim yapmış ve bu nedenlerle ülkemizdeki ve dünyadaki turistlerin ve girişimcilerin gelip yerleşmeyi hayal ettikleri bir şehir haline gelmiştir. Bu nedenle Alanya'da 2018 yılında 74 ülkeden 6.186 kişi gayrimenkul satın almıştır. Alanya'da, bu zamana kadar 90 ülkeden 42.882 kişi gayrimenkul satın almıştır. Alanya'nın nüfusu 2018 yılında 312.319'a yükselmiştir. Alanya'nın 102 Mahallesi vardır. Alanya'da iki üniversite, bu üniversitelerde 12.300 yüksek öğrenim öğrencisi, toplam 212 ilk ve orta dereceli okul, bu okullarda 57.116 öğrenci ve 3.648 öğretmen bulunmaktadır. Sağlık kurumları ve sağlık personeli ile de başarılı çalışmaların yapıldığı Alanya'mızda 4 hastanede, 485 hekim görev yapmaktadır. Alanya'da Kültür ve Turizm Bakanlığı'ndan belgeli 282 turistik tesiste 58.290 oda ve 125.044 yatak; belediye belgeli 337 tesiste ise 22.877 oda ve 51.949 yatak olmak üzere, toplam 619 turistik tesis bulunmaktadır. Bu tesislerde toplam 81.167 oda ve 176.993 yatak bulunmaktadır. Eşsiz doğal güzellikleri, modern turistik tesisleri, ulaşım imkanları, altyapısı ve eğitimli insan gücü, kamu kurum ve kuruluşları ve özel sektör meslek kuruluşları işbirliği ile Alanyamızın gelişmeye ve büyümeye devam ettiğini memnuniyetle görüyoruz. Doğal güzellikleri ve tüm ekonomik varlıkları ile toplumun eğitim düzeyinin ve girişimciliğinin yüksek olduğu Alanya'mızda, Alanya Ticaret ve Sanayi Odası olarak 12.000 tüccar ve sanayici üyelerimize ve tüm Alanyalılara hizmet vermenin heyecanını taşıyoruz. Bu heyecan ve düşünce ile Odamızda Meslek Komiteleri toplantıları, bilgilendirme toplantıları, seminerler, sempozyumlar ve paneller gerçekleştirilmekte, Alanya'da düzenlenen toplantı ve benzeri etkinliklere katılmaktayız veya bu ve benzeri toplantıları Odamızca düzenlemekteyiz. Bu çalışmalarımızı, Alanya'da bulunan kamu kurum ve kuruluşları ve özel Tüccar, mlletn emeğ ve üretmn sektör meslek kuruluşlarıyla işbirliği içerisinde yapmaktayız. Türkiye'nin değişik yörelerinde ve dünyanın değişik ülkelerinde yapılan toplantılara, iş gezilerine ve fuarlara üyelerimiz ile birlikte iştirak etmekteyiz. Title: “Gender Balance on Youth Projects” Type of Event: Erasmus+ YiA KA1 Training Course Dates: March, 10-17 2015 Location: Van,Turkey Participants : 27 Participants ( 3 participants per Country ) For Whom: youth leaders and youth workers, trainers and educators working with youth (especially with young people with fewer opportunities) from Poland, Macedonia, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Italy, Croatia, United Kingdom, Romania and Turkey. Project Idea Exchange experiences between youth workers and young people confronted to the difficulties to find a gender balance in terms of participation in local or inter- national youth projects, spaces, organisations and activities, in order to open ways allowing to work on equality at the level of citizenship and participation. In the end of the project, participants will gain an opportunity to experience the gender mainstreaming and the social inclusion topic and they will use the compe- tences and skills on their youth projects. In a long run, we aim to : - Increasing the visibilty of the LBGT and Womens in project - Creating the awareness about the gendermainstreaming topic - Equipping youthworkers and developing the youthworkers skills about the gen- dermainstreaming topic Aims & Methodology & Language The aims of the project are; - Exchanging good practices about the gender equality on youth projects - Increasing the visibility of the disadvantaged people within the focus of Gender balance - Equip Youthworkers for the Gender Mainstreaming topic and leading the activi- ties which has focus on gender mainstreaming All Training course will be based non-formal training methods, which are: -Simulation Games -Forum Theatre and Role Plays -Teamwork and Discussions -Outdoor Activities -Visual Presentations and Visual Work.

Therefore, investigation of the factors determining profitability of a firm would provide useful insights for firms in the process of decision making and strategic planning. The airline industry of Turkey has been known as a prominent sector because of its significant contribution to economic development and growth of employment over time. Therefore, the main aim of this study is to investigate the determinants of profitability for the Turkish airlines. Accordingly, a sample of major airlines is chosen and their data is extracted from Data Stream covering 1994 to 2013. Based on the panel data analysis, findings show that tangibility of assets, growth opportunities and liquidity ratios have significant impacts on the profitability of the firms.

While before, only public companies were allowed to serve the country's airports, with the enactment of the 1983 Civil Aviation Law, private companies were admitted. It was only in 2003, that major barriers for market entry were erased, leading to a more competitive aviation market. With 61.8 million passengers in 2015, Turkish Airlines today is one of the major airlines of the world, particularly by its number of international passengers. Operating scheduled services to 280 destinations in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas as of February 2015, Turkish Airlines is the fourth-largest carrier in the world by number of destinations, and the one that serves the most countries. More airlines companies entered the aviation market, which are: Anadolujet, Atlas Global, Borajet, Corendon Airlines, Freebird Airlines, Izair, Onur Air, Pegasus, SunExpress, TailWind, and Turkish Airlines. There are also 4 airlines which operate as a cargo carries: MNG, MyCargo, Turkish Cargo, and ULS airlines cargo. Flight Permits: All flights to be operated by using the airspace and airports in Turkey are carried out in accordance with the Turkish Civil Aviation Act Nr. 2920, primarily, and the relevant regulations and procedures of Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP) of Turkey.
