The annual revenue derived from food services, restaurants and cafés in Saudi Arabia has been rapidly growing, and is forecast to reach $18 billion by 2016. The Saudi HRI food service sector relies heavily on imports, with more than 80 percent of the sector’s needs comes from outside the Kingdom.
