He has positive praise for his coworker. “She greets customers when they come in the door with a friendly smile and a bubbly personality,” Roskey said. “She has a good work ethic, is reliable, and is a team player.” Courtney Schultz, a recreation leader who was also interviewed for this newsletter in the past, likes having Utterback at the front desk with her. “She brings the goofy out in me, and it’s always such a joy to work with her,” Schultz said. “Two positive energies at once. She’s the kiwi to my strawberry.” Schultz said one of Utterback’s strengths is her customer service.
